Hydrovane has launched a new range of G series, gas-pressure boost rotary vane compressors, tailored for biogas recovery and micro turbine fuelling applications.

All 12 models in the range meet ATEX Zone 2 requirements, featuring non-sparking motors and remote, safe-area electrical starter equipment. The new range provides a complete package for operators handling sweet, sour and biogases in hazardous environments in industries such as waste-water and sewage, landfill and the oil and gas sector.

To help users achieve the highest levels of system performance, Hydrovane has launched a simple to install sequencer called Pro Master 4 and a built-in electronic controller called Hydrovane Pro, to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of its fixed and regulated speed compressors.

The Hydrovane Pro Master 4 will intelligently sequence up to four compressors, fixed or regulated speed and can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%, by operating all of the compressors in the network to the narrowest pressure band.

The latest compressed air treatment solution from Parker domnick hunter is set to extend the life of existing plant equipment, providing significant energy savings and more compressed air for applications. Parker domnick hunter recently showcased its new PNEUDRI MX upgrade packages at the Hannover Messe International exhibition in Germany. At the heart of any compressed air treatment solution is the dryer, its purpose is to remove water vapour, stop condensation, corrosion and in the case of adsorption dryers, inhibit the growth of micro-organisms.

The impressive range of 147,000 air filter element products, claimed as economic alternatives to the more expensive replacement products offered by OEM’s, has now been extended. Drop-in optional elements for the Beko Clearpoint range (models S040 to M032) can now be supplied from stock in all filter grades. The Donaldson DF and Domnick Hunter Evolution ranges are also available manufactured to the same high technical quality.
