Can I cancel my order?
Yes you may, as long as the item has not been shipped by us or the factory. If your order has been placed with the factory we will attempt to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be possible. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the Customer Service Center for return material authorization number (a restocking fee may apply). Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven’t received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don’t want?
Yes, but before returning the item(s) call the Parts Department, to determine the best solution to the problem, and acquire a return authorization number to expedite the credit. If there is no defect, damage or error on our part the return will be subject to a 20% restock fee, to cover our expenses. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including paperwork to help us identify the shipment with the returned parts. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if you are in the state of Nevada, according to the county of your location.  Sometimes on out of state purchases your local taxes will have to be charged (depending if

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for us is same day or the day following receipt of the order. UPS ground usually takes 1 day for local shipments, 1 week to go across country. Large items such as compressor packages and pumps are shipped via common carrier (trucking company) and should take approximately the same amount of time to arrive.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order.

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated?
